Sam Lay is a Singapore based visual artist, illustrator, and cartoonist. Sam Lay’s practice explores and satirizes our universal experience where the humor of everyday life is celebrated on a level that everyone can enjoy and understand. As a champion of the silent comic or pantomime technique, Sam Lay lets his illustrations deliver the narrative or punchline without the accompanying text or speech of conventional cartoons.
